  • Summer fruit pie

    I love red currants and garden mom always collected in the summer and I use a baking cakes!

    Ingredients

    • dough:
    •   5 pieces of eggs
    •   6 tablespoons sugar crystal
    •   6 tablespoons flour medium,
    •   1 dl oil
    •   1/2 pieces of baking powder
    •   2 tablespoons cocoa
    •   currants
    • Filling:
    •   1 piece of whipping cream
    •   2 pieces of sour cream
    •   1 piece of vanilla sugar
    •   crystal sugar to taste
    •   apricots

    Directions
