Ingredients

  •     Mushrooms, large
  •     Feta Cheese
  •     Extra virgin olive oil
  •     Garlic
  •     Bread Crumbs
  •     Rosemary, Basil, & Oregano

Directions

  1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and wash the caps carefully. In a bowl, break the feta cheese up into small pcs. To this add in minced basil, oregano, rosemary, and garlic. Fold in the extra virgin olive oil till a doughy mass is formed. Add in bread crumbs till it firms up. Then stuff a section about a tsp. in size into each cap. Place in a baking pan and bake for about 15 min at 3500 F till done. Serve while warm.
