Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tbls milk
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated, not shredded)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • chives- chopped
  • 40 mushrooms

Directions

  1. Wash mushrooms, de-stem and put on cookie sheet
  2. Melt 1/2 cup butter and dip each mushroom
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and fill each cap
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
  5. May need to broil at the end for a minute or two to brown the tops
