    Ingredients

    • For the Meatloaf:
    • 4 lbs. ground beef
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
    • ½ tsp. salt
    • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
    • ½ tsp. paprika
    • ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
    • ½ tsp. garlic powder
    • ½ cup milk
    • 1 cup oats
    • 2 eggs
    • For The Stuffing:
    • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed
    • 3 cloves garlic - chopped
    • 3 sun dried tomatoes - sliced
    • ½ cup marinated peppers – sliced thin
    • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese – shredded
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • ¼ tsp. black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • For the Glaze:
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Ketchup

    Directions

    1. For the Meatloaf:
    2. In a large bowl combine all of the above ingredients and mix well.
    3. For The Stuffing:
    4. On a medium to low heat; heat a medium size frying pan with the olive oil; add the spinach, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, marinated peppers and seasonings. Heat until the garlic is fragrant.
    5. Place the prepared ground beef in a baking pan and shape it into a bowl. Place the stuffing inside filling from end to end, finishing with the shredded cheese. Gently, form the ground meat over the top to cover the stuffing.
    6. For the Glaze:
    7. Place all of the above in a small bowl and mix.
    8. Spoon the glaze over the top of the meatloaf from end to end.
    9. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
    10. Bake for 45 – 50 minutes.
