  • Stuffed Meat Loaf With Mushroom Sauce

    Ingredients

    • 2 lbs. grnd beef chuck
    • 1 med. size red onion
    • 1 teaspoon grnd white pepper
    • 3 whole large eggs
    • 2 whole garlic
    • 3 roasted and seeded red pepper
    • 1 1/2 c. cooked green beans
    • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
    • 1 teaspoon grnd black pepper
    • 2 teaspoon salt
    • 6 hard cooked whole large eggs
    • 3/4 pound sliced cooked ham
    • 1 c. bread crumbs
    • 2 c. beef stock
    • 3 teaspoon cornstarch
    • 1/2 teaspoon grnd white pepper
    • 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    • 2 ounce clarified butter
    • 1 teaspoon beef base
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 ounce Kitchen Bouquet sauce
    • 1/2 c. dry white wine
    • 1/4 c. water

    Directions

    1. Put meat in bowl; add in lowfat milk, salt, pepper, 3 whole large eggs, fine minced onion and garlic and bread crumbs; mix them. Divide fold in two portions. Cut two pcs of aluminum foil and spread each portion over aluminum foil. Put ham slices over mix, green beans, hard cooked large eggs and red pepper and roll it.
