    Ingredients

    • 1/2 x Grapefruit
    • 1 slc Whole wheat toast, dry
    • 8 ounce Skim lowfat milk
    • 4 ounce Lean broiled chicken breast
    • 1 c. Steamed spinach
    • 1 c. Herb tea
    • 1 x Oreo cookie
    •     Rest of the Oreos in package
    • 2 pt Rocky Road ice cream
    • 1 jar warm fudge sauce
    •     Nuts, cherries, whipped cream
    • 2 x Loaves garlic bread with cheese
    •     lg Sausage, mushroom & cheese pizza
    • 4 can Beer -or possibly-
    • 1 lrg Pitcher beer
    • 3 x Milky Way candy bars
    •     Entire frzn cheesecake eaten directly from freezer

    Directions

    1. RULES FOR THIS DIET
    2. 1. If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.
    3. 2. If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar, the calories in the candy bar are cancelled out by the diet soda.
    4. 3. When you eat with someone else, calories do not count if you do not eat more than they do.
    5. 4. Foods used for medicinal purposes NEVER count, such as warm chocolate, brandy, toast and Sara Lee Cheesecake.
    6. 5. If you fatten up everyone else around you, then you look thinner.
    7. 6. Movie related foods don't have additional calories because they are part of the entire entertainment package and not part of one's personal fuel, such as Lowfat milk Duds, Buttered Popcorn, Junior Mints, Red Hots, and Tootsie Rolls
    8. 7. Cookie pcs contain no calories. The process of breaking causes calorie leakage.
    9. 8. Things licked off of knives and spoons have no calories if you are in the process of preparing something. Examples are peanut butter on a knife making a sandwich and ice cream on a spoon making a sundae.
    10. 9. Foods which have the same color have the same number of calories.
    11. Examples are spinach and pistachio ice cream; mushrooms and white chocolate.
    12. NOTE: Chocolate is a universal color and may be substituted for any other food color.
