    A great refreshing salad most often requested by ladies groups

    Ingredients

    • Salad;
    • 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Blend
    • 1/2 lb. Baby Spinach leaves, washed
    • 1/2 to 1 pint. Fresh Strawberries, sliced. (Depends on your love of strawberry)
    • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced then cut in half
    • 1 Tbsp. Slivered Almonds
    • Dressing;
    • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original blend
    • 1 Tbsp. Raspberry preserves
    • 1 small can Chipoltes in Adobo Sauce **
    • 1 Tbsp. Oil, (extra virgin Olive Oil)
    • 1 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar. (or good distilled white vinegar)
    • (I added the juice from a small can of blueberries to thin sauce)

    Directions

    1. Directions;
    2. 1. Place salad ingredients in a bowl, add the remaining salad ingredients and toss.
    3. 2. Make dressing and begin with vinegar and oil and stir while adding oil. Mix well, then add to raspberry preserves** using only one Chipolte pepper diced and 1 tsp. of sauce. Last add Mrs. Dash blend and mix well.
    4. Refrigerate until serving, then add dressing to salad and toss mixing well. Serve immediately.
    5. Note; if dressing is too thick, (it will look thick) I added a little Blue Berry Juice. About 1 TBLSP. It should be just thin enough to toss. NOT Liquid.
