Ingredients

  • 1 whl Angel food cake -- (8 inch)
  • 1/2 gal Vanilla Ice Lowfat milk -- (softened)
  • 2 quart Strawberries -- fresh
  • 1 pkt Equal(r) sweetener

Directions

  1. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with waxed paper, then set aside. Cut the cake in half and tear one half into small pcs. Set aside. Cut the other half into a dozen thin slices and arrange them in the bottom of the prepared baking pan, overlapping as needed. Spread softened ice cream over cake, pressing down to smooth. Gently press the torn cake pcs into the ice cream. Cover with foil and freeze. Just before serving, slice strawberries and sweeten to taste with Equal. Cut dessert into squares and top with strawberries.
