Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse

Love eating cheesecake, but hate to dig in all the way to the biscuit base or ever find yourself complaining that there is too much cake but less of the cheese? Fret not, as these fuss-free delights is your answer!

  Servings: 6 mini glasses


  • 150 - 200g strawberry jam (complete with the fruit pieces available in tin)
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 150ml double cream
  • 75g icing sugar


  1. Whisk the cream cheese with the double cream until thick & creamy.
  2. Add in the icing sugar and mix well till smooth & thick.
  3. Finally stir in the strawberry jam into the mixture.
  4. Dish into any cocktail glasses and chill for several hours before serving it to your guests.
  5. Note: You may replace the strawberries with any other fruits you like.
