    Ingredients

    • 3 pt Strawberries hulled
    •     Strawberry Sauce recipe included
    •     Fresh Mint Sprigs or possibly stemmed
    •     strawberries for garnish
    • 1 pt Strawberries fresh
    • 1/2 x Lemon juice of
    • 1 Tbsp. Kirsch or possibly framboise liqueur optional
    •     Apple Juice, Frzn Concentrate unsweetened,
    •     to taste, depending on sweetness of
    •     fruit

    Directions

    1. Place whole berries in a glass serving bowl, pour strawberry sauce over berries, and chill several hours to develop flavor.
    2. To Make Strawberry sauce:Puree berries in blender or possibly food processor, reserving several whole berries for garnish. (You may strain sauce if you like.) Add in lemon juice and kirsch or possibly framboise. Taste, and adjust seasonings. If nec., add in apple juice concentrate to sweeten.
    3. This is EXCELLENT!
