  • 2 Lg eggs
  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk
  • 1/4 t hot red sauce
  • 2 t salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1 t dry mustard dissolved in 1 t h2o
  • 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni - cooked...put aside
  • 4 T unsalted butter
  • 12 oz Wisconson Sharp or Montary Jack Extra Sharp....Cheese....or whatever cheese you want....amt is optional depending on how cheesy you want your mac and cheese to be


  1. Mix eggs, evap milk, pepper, salt, hot sauce and mustard
  2. Pour that mixture over macaroni
  3. Add 3/4 cheese cut up or shredded in w/mac
  4. On stove top: Stir frequently and cook on low until all cheese is melted
