- 3 pcs Talong (eggplant)
- Dipping sauce:
- soysauce with calamansi (Philippine Lime)
- Some like to use vinegar or bagoong
Directions
- Pre-heat the grilling pan.
- Slice the eggplants lengthwise. Some prefer it whole, it will just take a bit longer to grill.
- Place in grill pan.
- Turn them every 3-5 minutes) careful not to burn the eggplants.
- Place the grilled eggplants on a plate.
- Serve with soy sauce with calamansi. Chili is optional.
