Stir-Fry Noodles with Vegetables

- Cabbage, shredded; carrot, shredded; onion and garlic, thinly sliced; red peppers, sliced; blanched broccoli, cooked noodles; 1tsp curry powder; pinch of cumin, fennel, turmeric, salt and pepper (black and white) to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Add in cumin, fennel, turmeric, curry powder and fry till aromatic. Add in onions and fry till fragrant, followed by garlic, cabbage and carrots, mixing well with the spices. When cabbage and carrots turn slightly tender, add red peppers, then add in the cooked noodles. Mix thoroughly. Add in broccoli, then add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
