Stir Fried Frozen Cauliflower

I froze several bags, then this winter wondered how to fix it other than boiling to get soggy limp cauliflower. By thawing first, microwaving for about 1 minute and draining well, it was ready for a quick stir fry. Seasoned and enhanced with walnut pieces made a quick side dish. Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen cauliflower
- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 1/8 crushed red pepper flakes
- salt to taste
Directions
- Melt butter in non-stick skillet.
- Add the cauliflower, stir to coat with butter.
- Add the walnut pieces, stir to mix.
- Season with the red pepper flakes and salt.
- Stir fry until cauliflower pieces are toasted.
