    St. Patrick's Day Quick Cake

    Prepare in 10 minutes. Bake it in 45 minutes. Eat it in RECORD TIME. So good. So moist.

    Ingredients

    • 1 Yellow cake mix
    • 1 package pistachio pudding mix
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 2 1/3 cups whole milk
    • 1/3 cup canola oil
    • cream cheese frosting
    • festive decorations

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
    2. Spray a Bundt pan with non stick Baking spray (the type with flour)
    3. Add the cake mix and pudding to a bowl and sift with a fork (stir it around until all cake powder lumps are gone)
    4. Mix together eggs, vanilla, milk, and oil. Add to dry ingredients and just stir until all lumps are gone.
    5. Add to the bundt pan, tap on the countere 2 times to remove air bubbles and bake 45 - 50 minutes.
    6. cool and frost and decorate as desired.

        This cake is super moist and yummy. My only complaint is that it did not turn out as green as the picture. The recipe did not specify green food coloring, oh well still a great cake.
