Squid and bacon
Ingredients
- 1pound kalamari
- Green onions slice
- Yellow onions sliced
- 1/2 pound bacon
- Fresh thyme
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 1/2 lime
Directions
- Put kalamari in pot of boiling water for 3mins drain and let stand
- In a skillet with a little olive oil,add bacon pieces let fry until golden brown then strain from skillet keep bacon oil.then add kalamari to the oil and let it cooked until completely covered with oil 3mins add yellow onions green onions garlic thyme lime salt pepper to taste for 5mins together then add bacon 1 min.serve hot or cool.
