Ingredients

  • bag of baby spinach leaves, stems taken off and torn into small bite size pieces.
  • 2 15oz cans mandarine oranges
  • 1/3 c cranraisins or cranberries
  • 1/4 c potato toppers (salad toppers)
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c raspberry vinegarette dressing

Directions

  1. wash, dry spinach leaves. tear off stems and tear into small pieces. add everything except the dressing save that for last. pour little bit dressing on salad at a time do not make it wet as spinach gets watery quickly. you can add more to your own.
