Spinach & Artichoke Dip

- 1 9 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained of any excess water
- 1 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and the mozzarella cheese. Stir until combined. Add the cayenne pepper and paprika and combine well.
- Place into prepared casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes add the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan to the top.
