SPICY GRILL-A SMOKED SHRIMP

- 8 tablespoons water
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 or more pounds of shrimp, skins and tails removed
Directions
- 1. In a bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper, and ground ginger. Set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in green onions and garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in sauce. Cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
- 3. Let cool and prepared shrimp, add shrimp and let sit 10 min

- 4. Put wood in grill-a smoker, on pre heat or highest setting till you have smoke, then turn down to high or 500 degrees and cook for 3 to 4 min. you mite cook 1 lb. or 2 lb. or more they go very fast
- 5. This is spicy shrimp you can serve on a bed of rice or snack.
