Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 g of cheese with blue cheese
  • 1 a rope to rendered cheese
  • 100 ml cream for cooking
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • Vegeta to taste
  • ground white pepper, salt

Directions

  1. Wash meat, pat dry and cut into large cubes. Season with ginger, salt and pepper. Let marinate while in a bowl.
  2.   In saucepan 1 tablespoon oil to spinach cleaned and finely chopped onions. After 2-3 minutes, add the meat and stir-fry on all sides until tender about 10 minutes.
  3.   The meat mix in blue cheese and melting cheese. When dissolved, stir in the cream. Over medium heat and let boil weaning.
