"Spicey" Pork Tacos

These are an awesome little meal for a party, a get together, or an at home dinner. Just use more of the ingredients to make more for more people.

Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless pork chops
  • Green chili.... canned or fresh (canned is quicker. fresh has better taste)
  • Corn tortillas
  • vegetable oil
  • cabbage
  • shredded cheese
  • tomatoes
  • onions
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Get a frying pan and put about 2 tablespoons of butter inside and turn the burner on to about med-hi
  2. Put in a pork chop, or a few, depends on how many you are cooking for.
  3. you want to fry the pork chops all the way through on both sides.
  4. while the pork chops are frying, start dicing your cabbage, tomatoes, and onions and keep them separate in different bowls.
  5. get another frying pan and put in some of the VEG oil, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan and put on setting about 3-5
  6. take the cooked pork chops and cut up into bite sized peices
  7. lightly fry each side of torts. maybe to a light gold brown
  8. put pork peices, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, and your green chili's (canned or freshly chopped) into the tort and ENJOY!
  9. (CAN LEAVE OUT CHILI'S TO MAKE IT KID FRIENDLY!!!!)
