Spiced Potatoes Ingredients
- Potatoes, peeled [small cubes and fried golden] 2 kg
- Garlic, peeled [minced finely] 100 grams
- Coriander chiffonade 100 grams
- Salt Taste
- Black pepper 30 grams
- White pepper 50 grams
- Corn oil 30 grams
- Olive oil 50 grams
Directions
- 1. Fry garlic for one minute in corn oil and add coriander leaf and fry it with garlic adding white and black pepper at the end.
- 2. Add this garlic, coriander, pepper mixture to the fried potatoes and finish with the raw olive oil.
- 3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
