2 cups almond milk (fresh or store-bought)
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon carob powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg (freshly grated is the best, but you can use the already ground powder too)
¼ teaspoon stevia
pinch of sea salt
