Spanish Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 onion, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can diced Rotel
- 1 can Spanish rice
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1/4 pound grated cheese
Directions
- Brown the meat and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain the fat and add in the Rotel, Spanish rice and beans. Mix and put in baking dish. Cook about 30 min at 325 degrees, then spread top with cheese. Bake till cheese is melted. Can add in 1 can whole kernel corn.
