  • Spaghetti Pie

    Spaghetti Pie

    I've been making this for years and everyone raves about it! Hope you will, too!

    Ingredients

    • 3 eggs; 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese; spaghetti; spaghetti sauce; 1 cup sour cream; sweet sausage; fresh mushrooms; mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Cook spaghetti until al dente.
    2. Mix warm spaghetti with 3 beaten eggs; add parmesan cheese.
    3. Pour into a pie dish and shape pasta mixture around the sides and bottom of pie plate.
    4. Saute sausage, mushrooms. Drain. Add sour cream and heat through.
    5. Add this mixture to spaghetti in pie plate.
    6. Add spaghetti sauce to top.
    7. Bake covered 40 minutes @ 350.
    8. Uncover and add fresh mozzarella to top.
    9. After baking, let set for about 15 minutes.
    10. enjoy!
