This is a hearty, flavorful and spicy chili recipe that I promise your family and friends will love! Unique and tasty!

    Ingredients

    • 4 Lbs. Lean Ground Beef
    • 1/4 Cup Butter
    • 1 Sweet Onion, chopped
    • 1 Habanero Pepper, minced
    • 2 Cherry Hot Peppers, minced
    • 2 Tbsp. Cumin
    • 2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
    • 2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
    • 2 Tbsp. Oregano
    • 1/3 Cup Honey
    • 4 Tbsp. Horseradish
    • 1/2 Cup Dry Red Wine
    • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
    • 2 Cans Kidney Beans, undrained
    • 2 Cans Chili Beans, mild undrained
    • 2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn, drained
    • 1 28 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
    • 1 6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
    • 2 Cans Black Beans, undrained

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet, saute the ground beef until browned and no longer pink. Transfer to a large pot and set aside.
    2. In the skillet, melt the butter and add the chopped onion and minced Habanero and cherry peppers. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender.
    3. Add to the meat. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly so that the chili doesn’t stick.
    4. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    5. If you prefer to make a smaller amount of chili, simply cut the ingredients in half.
    6. Serve with a green salad and some cornbread or crackers
