Southern Style Pork Ribs
- 2 lb Southern, (Country Style) pork ribs (up to 3)
- 1 c. Ketchup
- 2 c. Water
- 1 tsp Chile pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- Put ribs in small roaster or possibly baking dish. Bake in 375 oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
- Drain off accumulated fat. Mix together ketchup, water, chile pwdr, and tabasco. Pour over ribs. Return to oven for another 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender. The meat usually separates from the bone when done.
- This is a goodie! Of course you can add in more chile pwdr or possibly tabasco if desired it hotter!
