Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 Large eggs
  • Sprinkles or possibly glaze

Directions

  1. Cream together sugar, shortening, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs and vanilla real good. Then add in flour, baking soda, baking pwdr, and salt. Mix together and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or possibly overnight. Then take small amounts and roll thin but not too thin. Cut out with cookie cutters and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 10 min. Put sprinkles on before cooking or possibly use glaze before cooking. Glaze powdered sugar and food coloring. Add in a little water till creamy.
