Sour Cream Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Directions
- Combine butter and lowfat sour cream in bowl; blend well. Add in flour; mix well. Fill greased miniature muffin c. or possibly muffin 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 min or possibly till brown.
