Soft Tokwa (tofu) adobo
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo tofu
- 1 head garlic
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1/4 cup calamansi juice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- cream of mushroom powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- 1.fry the tofu first
- 2.sauté garlic and onion in the vegetable oil
- 3. add the tofu, mix slowly
- 4. add the calamansi juice
- 5. add the soy sauce
- 6. let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- ready to eat...
