Soft And Chewy Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar 1 c. oil 2 Large eggs 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking pwdr

1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 c. flour 3 c. oatmeal 1 c. raisins

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together by hand. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake 8 to 10 min at 350 degrees on ungreased pan (do not bake longer or possibly they will not be soft).
