Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jello (any variety)
  • 2 med. Cold Whip
  • 2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lg. angel food cake
  • 1 c. pecans
  • Coconut

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello in 4 Tbsp. of water, then add in 1 c. boiling water, let cold. Add in pineapple juice, pineapple, sugar, salt and nuts, mix well. Put in refrigerator till almost formed. Fold 1 container Cold Whip into almost formed Jello mix. Tear angel food cake into small pcs. Put into pan. Pour Jello mix over cake, top with Cold Whip and coconut. Chill overnight.
