    Great treat for a quick lunch or an afternoon tea for the kids or yourself..

    Ingredients

    • 2 sheets of puff pastry
    • 2 kabana sausages or Hot Dog sausages
    • BBQ sauce
    • 150g of Bacon pieces
    • Grated cheese
    • 1 diced onion

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 200 degree's and when ready cook at 150 degree's celsius fan forced oven,
    2. Lay the puff pastry out and place one Kabana/Hot dog sausage in the centre of the puff pastry,
    3. add BBQ sauce to the centre, add grated cheese and diced onion,
    4. wrap the puff pastry as if you were folding a towel one over the other and with a fork close the ends,
    5. with a fork stab a couple of little holes on top of the pastry to let it breathe in the oven.
    6. with a basting brush brush bbq sauce over the top and add a little of bacon and cheese on top.
    7. Place in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy and slightly brown
    8. lay baking paper on an oven proof dish and spray with cooking oil
