Smoked Turkey & Jarlsberg Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. smoked turkey
  • 3/4 pound Jarlsberg cheese
  • 2 c. red seedless grapes
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp. green peppercorns (water packed, liquid removed)

Directions

  1. Slice smoked turkey and cheese about 1/4" to 1/2" thick, then cut into julienne strips. Wash, pat dry grapes. Mix together in a bowl the turkey cheese, grapes and celery. In another bowl mix mayonnaise, raspberry, vinegar and crushed peppercorns. Then mix as much mayonnaise mix as needed into turkey mix. Refrigerateand serve. Serves 6.
