Smoked Salmon Spread
Ingredients
- 1 pound can salmon
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese, soft
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 3 tbsp. snipped parsley; optional
Directions
- Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine next five ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Just before serving add in nuts and parsley. Serve with crackers. Better if prepared a day ahead.
