Ingredients

  • 1 x All Ready Pie Crust -- 1/2
  • 15 x -ounce pkg
  • 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Home made or possibly purchased
  •     Pesto
  • 3 Tbsp. Pine nuts
  • 3 ounce Thin sliced Scottish Seawild
  •     Smoked salmon
  •     Cut in 1" pcs
  •     Fresh basil sprig

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay pie crust in center of baking sheet. Mix in 1/2 inch of crust edge. Stand up double edge and crimp decoratively, forming upright rim. Blend cheese and pesto in small bowl. Spread cheese mix over crust. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake pizza till crust is set and golden brown, about 18 min.
  2. Arrange salmon pcs over pizza. Garnish with basil and serve.
