Smoked Salmon Fettucine in basic oil/butter/garlic/white wine sauce
Smoked Salmon Fettucine Ingredients
- Smoked salmon
- Capers
- Fettucine
- EVOO
- Butter
- Baby spinach leaves
- 3 Tomatoes
- Dash of dry white wine
Directions
- Cook pasta
- Heat oil & butter
- Add garlic
- Add cubed tomatoes
- Add dash of dry white wine
- When pasta cooked, drain and toss in pan with sauce.
- 1-2 minutes before serving add smoked salmon & capers
- Serve with rocket/spinach on top
