This is a very heavy, creamy filling side dish that everyone will love thank you for looking

  • 10 oz. noodles (preferably macaroni)
  • 1 lb smoked Gouda
  • 1/4 stick Butter
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs (your choice )
  • 1 /2 cup of cubed Ham chunks or 1/4 cup of Bacon bits
  • 1 diced Garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive oil for pan


  1. Boil noodles as advised on package
  2. Preheat oven to 400
  3. Use at least a ten by ten baking pan or pyrex
  4. Grease pan generously with olive oil
  5. Strain noodles and butter them heavily
  6. Put in pan and ix with diced ham
  7. Cover with smoked Gouda
  8. and top or mix with bread crumbs
  9. bake until golden brown and love it
  10. enjoy
