Cheese Brat Stew
Brats, Cheese & Vegetables Ingredients
- 6 brats, browned and sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 (16 oz. bag) cut green beans
- 1 medium red pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (10.25 oz.) cream of celery
- 2/3 cup water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on medium for 3 hours.
