Slow Cooker Beef
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut bite size
- 2 stalks celery, cut bite size
- 4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut bite size
- 1 (28 ounce.) can whole, undrained tomatoes
- 1 (10 ounce.) can beef broth
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
- 1 minced onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Brown beef in slow cooker over medium heat. Add in remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. Cover and slow cook on low for 8 hrs or possibly on medium for 4 to 5 hrs.
