Slow Cooker Barbecued Pork And Beans
Ingredients
- 2 lb Boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cube, well trimmed
- 1 c. Red bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 1 x Barbecue sauce, (18 ounce)
- 2 can Baked beans, (16 ounce each)
Directions
- Mix pork, bell pepper, onion and 1 c. of the barbecue sauce in a 3-qt or possibly larger slow-cooker. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hrs or possibly on low for 8-10 hrs till pork is
- very tender. Stir in remaining barbecue sauce and the liquid removed beans.
- Makes sufficient for 2 dinners. Good spooned over corn bread, and served with a green salad.
