Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. spicy chili rub see recipe
- 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
- 4 x 1 lb. racks baby back ribs
- 1/4 c. favorite barbecue sauce or possibly sweet and sour sauce
Directions
- Mix spicy blend and brown sugar; rub on ribs. Curl racks, meaty side out; stand upright on thick ends in 5-6-qt slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hrs, or possibly on High for 3 to 3 1/2 hrs, or possibly till meat is very tender.
- Remove ribs to cutting board. Let rest for 5 min and brush with barbecue or possibly sweet and sour sauce. Serve.
