Slow Cook Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 3-4 pound stew meat
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1 bag carrots, cut diagonally
- 5 med. onions
- 3/4 c. burgundy wine
- 3-4 cans beef broth
- 1/2 c. minute tapioca
- 1 whole celery, cut diagonally
- 4 med. potatoes
Directions
- Put all ingredients in Dutch oven or possibly roasting pan. Cover and cook at 250 degrees all day.
