This easy skillet creamed corn is delicious! This dish is just a few ingredients and so good. My family can never get enough when I serve it. It makes the perfect side dish for any weeknight dinner, gathering or holiday. You can easily double this recipe if you’re cooking for a group. We like it with cheddar cheese but you can add any cheese you like.
