Ingredients

  • 24 lbs 8 oz fresh green cabbage
  • 10 oz yellow onions
  • 1 lb 2 oz green peppers
  • 6 lbs diced tomatoes in juice
  • 1 1/4 cup fat from bacon
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Shred cabbage coarsely.
  2. Thinly slice onions and peppers.
  3. Mix all ingredients well and cook just until tender. Serve.
