Sitsaro at Hipon Guisado
A nice and simple side dish but very flavorful. The shrimp added a sumptuous kick to the dish. Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo med Shrimp, peeled
- 1 kilo Sitsaro, sides peeled
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 1 med tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- canola oil
Directions
- Saute the onion, garlic, tomato, and prawns.
- Stir fry in hot canola oil while adding some salt and peppers.
- Add the sitsaro veggies and stir fry more.
- Once shrimp turned pink, add the 1/2 cup of shrimp broth.
- Let it simmer until shrimp and sitsaro are tender according to liking.
- Pour on a serving plate.
