Singapoor Vegetable Saute
Ingredients
- MAIN SP c
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 2 x Bay leaf
- 1 stk cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Shallot minced
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger, minced
- 1/4 c. Chili paste
- 1 Tbsp. Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- Add in SPI E
- 1 c. Water
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Coconut lowfat milk
- VEGETAB
- Assorted veggies sauted
- Savoy cabbage
Directions
- Saute/fry the main spice ingredients. Add in the rest and simmer for 8 min.
- Saute/fry any combination of vegetables such as eggplant, carrots, bell peppers, blanched broccoli and or possibly califlower and add in to sauce. Finally add in 1 c. of savoy cabbage and cook for a few min. Serve in a ring of white rice.
