Shrimp with Garlic Kangkong
Easy breezy yummy shrimp dish. Ingredients
- 1 market bundle kangkong (separate the stem and the leaves)
- 250 grams shrimp, cleaned shell on
- 1 med onion, minced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp canola oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Saute garlic and onion with canola oil.
- Stir fry until golden brown.
- Add the kangkong stem and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add the kangkong leaves and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Set aside.
- Pour in the shrimp onto the hot pan and stir fry with the remaining oil.
- Cook until it turns pink.
- Add the cooked kangkong and stir together with the shrimp.
- Adjust the taste as desired.
- Remove heat to avoid overcooking.
- Transfer to serving dish.
