Shrimp Salad Sandwich

- 6 ounces cooked large shrimp
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- one tablespoon sour cream
- one teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Large Rolls/Buns of your choice
Directions
- Add cooked, cooled shrimp into a mixing bowl, add Old Bay Seasoning, sour cream, mayonnaise, stir well, refrigerate 30 minutes to chill
- Slice a large ripe tomato
- Rinse and dry lettuce leaves
- Lightly toast Rolls/buns, optional
- Assemble sandwich, devour!
