Shrimp 'N Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 med. onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (6 ounce.) can sm. shrimp
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Golden brown sherry (to taste)
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Warm cooked rice
Directions
- Saute/fry onion in butter, add in soup, shrimp and sherry. When simmering add in some of the sauce mix to the lowfat sour cream and blend, add in to sauce carefully so the lowfat sour cream does not curdle. Heat. Don't boil! Serve immediately over rice.
